NES Fircroft is supporting a major offshore energy development and is seeking an experienced Cost Controller to join the project controls team in Paris, France. You will oversee cost control activities, maintain forecast profiles, and contribute to accurate cost reporting across major project packages.

You will lead cost reviews, support accruals and forecasting, and ensure robust cost management through SAP and Cleopatra data mapping, while collaborating with contracts and procurement to

Qualifications

• Experience in cost control, cost engineering, or project controls.
• Experience on large-scale industrial, energy, or offshore projects.
• Proven forecasting, reporting, and cost analysis capability.
• Knowledge of change management processes and cost impact assessments.
• Experience using SAP and Cleopatra.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within complex project environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage cost control activities for major project packages.
• Maintain forecast profiles using Value of Work Done (VOWD) methodology.
• Lead monthly cost review meetings with project stakeholders.
• Support monthly accruals and contract-level forecasting.
• Produce cost reports, phasing profiles, and variance analysis.
• Assess cost impacts associated with project changes.
• Maintain change control data within Cleopatra.
• Coordinate with Contracts and Procurement teams.
• Ensure accurate cost data mapping between SAP and Cleopatra.
• Support re-baselining exercises, risk analysis, and reporting requirements
