Competenze

• Previous experience in a legal counsel or similar legal advisory role, ideally within a corporate or in-house environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in reviewing and drafting contracts.
• Familiarity with group standards and legal requirements relevant to the business.

Mansioni

• Assist and advise operational teams on distribution law and contract drafting.
• Implement and oversee the Group’s overall training program on competition law.
• Provide daily operational legal support on competition law issues.
