Qualifications

• 3+ years in contingent workforce management or temporary staffing.
• At least 1 year of team leadership or coordination.
• Fluency in French required.
• B2–C1 level of English required.
• Strong organization and task-prioritization skills.
• Lean Management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee projects and daily team operations.
• Staffing optimization and effective staffing management.
• Provide SME guidance to teams and ensure best practices.
• Set and track daily targets for team members.
• Oversee completed activities and manage priorities.
• Create operational documents, checklists, templates, and training guides.
• Lead steering committee meetings and align with stakeholders.
• Define team objectives and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define and monitor KPIs and performance indicators.
• Monitor client budget and project profitability.
• Train team members and support skill development.
• Track progress across the assigned scope.
• Ensure knowledge capture with department leads at project end.
• Ensure SLA and KPI compliance across activities.
• Provide operational support during high-demand periods.
• Participate in tender processes
