Jobtailor in France seeks an experienced HR leader to oversee three teams handling temporary staffing payroll, HR administration, and training. You will drive AI-enabled processes, ensure French employment law compliance, and shape policy for temporary workers.

You will lead lean transformation, build HR dashboards and cost monitoring, collaborate with Finance and executives, and manage external partners to improve productivity and compliance in a fast-growing, AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of temporary staffing legislation and payroll.
• Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in employment law, human resources, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in a temporary staffing environment.
• Ability to leverage AI to save teams time.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing training, payroll, and temporary staffing HR teams.
• Ability to support change in an AI-driven and high-growth environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee three teams with three direct reports and ~15 employees.
• Lead, engage, and develop the skills of the temporary staffing payroll and billing, HR administration and day-to-day temporary staffing operations, and temporary worker training and development teams.
• Lead the lean transformation of the temporary staffing HR function.
• Deploy AI and automation tools, prioritize use cases based on ROI, and monitor adoption.
• Contribute to the Group’s quality, performance, and productivity objectives.
• Define and implement the HR policy specific to temporary workers.
• Establish harmonized and robust processes for compliance, auditability, and HR data quality.
• Develop HR management tools, KPIs, HR dashboards, and temporary staffing cost monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with French employment law and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
• Anticipate and mitigate legal risks related to temporary worker management.
• Prepare for and support HR and payroll audits.
• Collaborate with Finance, Executive Management, and operational managers.
• Manage relationships with social security and other social institutions, training organizations, and external partners.
• Maintain constructive dialogue with employee representative bodies, including the Social and Economic Committee (CSE)
