Qualifications

• 3+ years in contingent workforce management or temporary staffing.
• At least 1 year of team leadership or coordination.
• Fluency in French required.
• B2–C1 level of English required.

• Lean Management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee projects and daily team operations.
• Staffing optimization and effective staffing management.

• Manage staffing effectively
• Provide subject-matter expertise to teams
• Set and monitor daily activity targets for team members
• Oversee completed activities and manage priorities
• Draft operational documentation, capture best practices, and implement processes, including procedures, checklists, template letters, and new-hire training guides
