Job summary

VOI is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to own and develop VOI’s compensation and benefits programs. You will shape structures and processes to attract, engage and retain talent as VOI scales in Europe.

You will work with People, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders to keep compensation approaches compliant, transparent and relevant, while keeping administration simple and scalable across markets.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in full-scale compensation and benefits management.
• Strong knowledge of compensation laws, regulations and best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and compensation software for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compensation and benefits programmes across markets.
• Analyse market and internal data to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
• Maintain the job structure and internal compensation frameworks.
• Manage recurring compensation reviews and incentive programmes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and Payroll to budget and administer programmes.
