Ploy is hiring its first Community Lead to own growth, engagement, and connection for our AI-powered growth platform. You'll transform lurkers into power users and evangelists, bridging product, marketing, and sales.

You will build a zero-to-one program: launch community hub, recruit agencies, develop education content, and create programs that drive retention and expansion across digital and in-person events.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience leading community efforts in fast-growth B2B.
• Experience building partner, agency, or ambassador programs is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication to build relationships at scale.
• Ability to systemize engagement levers and drive adoption.
• Knowledge of modern GTM and AI-powered growth is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Launch and oversee Ploy's community hub and presence.
• Recruit and onboard partner agencies, then empower them to run events.
• Develop content, playbooks, webinars, and tutorials for education.
• Design programs to grow members and deepen retention.
• Organize digital and in-person events to activate the community.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to surface insights.
