H Company is seeking a Head of Community to build and lead its developer ecosystem from the ground up. You’ll shape the community strategy, own channels like Discord and GitHub, and create programs turning users into contributors and ambassadors.

You’ll sit at the crossroads of Product, Engineering, Research and Marketing, with distributed teams in Paris, London and the US. Expect an influential, high-impact role shaping agentic AI tooling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in developer relations, developer experience, or related technical roles.
• Experience building a technical/developer community from 0 to 1.
• Strong technical credibility with engineers and researchers.
• Comfort reading/writing code and working with APIs/SDKs.

Responsabilités

• Build the developer community from 0 to 1 and define strategy.
• Create channels (Discord, GitHub, events) and programs to convert users into contributors.
• Develop relationships with influential developers and researchers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align APIs, SDKs and platforms.
• Represent the company at conferences and developer events.
