H Company is seeking a Head of Community to build and lead its developer ecosystem from the ground up. You will own the community strategy, choose channels, and create programs that turn users into active contributors and advocates.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Marketing to shape the future of agentic AI and become a visible voice for H within the developer world. The role is distributed with global reach and offers a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Developer Relations, Developer Experience, Community, Developer Marketing or related role.
• Proven experience building a technical/developer community from 0 to 1.
• Strong technical credibility with engineers and technical audiences.
• Comfortable reading/writing code and working with APIs, SDKs and developer tools.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of the developer journey and how to drive adoption.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating technical content, tutorials, demos or developer education.
• Strong public speaking and event organization skills.
• Knowledge of AI ecosystems and developer tooling.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to start from scratch.
• Analytical mindset to tie community activity to product outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the global developer community strategy and roadmap for H Company.
• Identify target developers, researchers, founders and technical creators to attract and engage.
• Build and own channels (Discord, GitHub, social platforms, events) for the community.
• Create programs to convert users into contributors, advocates and leaders.
• Develop relationships with influential developers and researchers in AI ecosystems.
• Define community KPIs and reporting; scale programs and teams as needed.
