H Company is seeking a Head of Community to build a global developer ecosystem around its agentic AI platform. You will own the community strategy across developers, researchers, and AI builders, integrating with Product, Engineering and Marketing to grow a vibrant, contributory network.

You'll lead channels from Discord to GitHub, create programs to turn users into advocates, and represent H at conferences, hackathons and events worldwide, shaping the future of agentic AI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in developer relations, community, or related roles.
• Proven zero-to-one developer community building experience.
• Strong technical credibility with engineers and developers.
• Comfort with APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling.
