Four Seasons Megève is seeking a Commis de Salle to support the F&B service team, delivering a courteous dining experience in a luxury mountain resort. You will transport dishes, clear tables, know the menu and support service stations, while maintaining Four Seasons standards of excellence.

• You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Transport dishes, trays and glassware between kitchen/sommellerie and the dining room and service stations during all periods of service.
• Carry trays correctly, clear and straighten tables.
• Know the menu and Chef's suggestions.
• Clear and store linen, china, silverware, glassware, drinks and food in the appropriate areas with care.
• Adapt to high activity and guest interactions as needed.
