Four Seasons Resort Megève is seeking a motivated Commis de Salle Intern to assist the F&B Service Team in delivering exceptional dining experiences at our alpine chalet. You will help clear tables, reset stations, and support service with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

• Fluency in French; working knowledge of English is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist the F&B Service Team to deliver a high-quality dining experience.
• Clear tables, reset them neatly and promptly during service.
• Know the menu and Chef's recommendations to assist guests.
• Carry and transport dishes and ensure proper handling of linen, china, and glassware.
• Adapt to high activity and changing guest needs throughout shifts.
