Job summary

Talent-R is seeking a CTO who will own the technology vision for an AI-first, enterprise-grade platform. You will prototype, iterate with customers, and guide a scalable architecture while attracting and leading a world-class tech team.

This is a co-founder role with equity and strategic influence over product and fundraising. The candidate will balance hands-on coding with high-level strategy, drive AI/ML initiatives, and engage with enterprise customers in a fast-growing, well-funded startup

Qualifications

• Builder with 0→1 product experience and passion for coding.
• AI-native: shipping AI/ML or LLM-based products in production.
• Creative and agile, able to move fast in ambiguity.
• Strong leadership to attract top engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define the tech and AI strategy to create a lasting edge.
• Stay hands-on: prototype fast, ship, iterate with customers.
• Architect a scalable, secure, enterprise-grade platform.
• Attract, hire and lead a top-tier tech team (engineering, AI/ML, data).
• Act as a true co-founder: product, fundraising, key customer conversations.
