Job summary

Teamwill Group seeks a founding leader for Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) to build and lead a new practice inside the CTAIO function. You will hire engineers, set delivery standards, and embed in client environments to deploy durable AI solutions while shaping reusable assets for Teamwill.

The role demands strong leadership, security-aware delivery, and clear communication with clients and executives as you scale the practice globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering, with client deployments.
• Experience in deployed engineering or solutions engineering.
• Experience building/scaling a technical team from scratch.
• Strong security/compliance knowledge in regulated environments.
• Excellent client-facing communication.
• Professional English; French for roles in France.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FDE team and hire first engineers.
• Embed in client environments to design, build, and deploy solutions.
• Own the engagement model focusing on commitment-based delivery.
• Ensure security-by-design and asset portability across deployments.
• Turn client learnings into reusable code assets for Teamwill.
• Represent the practice to clients and internally.
