Job summary

Marble seeks a CTO and Co-Founder to lead the technical vision and architecture for an AI-native installer platform transforming the trades. You will own the stack, guide product roadmaps, and partner with the CEO on fundraising narratives.

You will write production code, decide on what to build, and shape the engineering culture while inheriting scaffolding and a strong product roadmap informed by over 100 installer interviews.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building multi-tenant SaaS and production systems end to end.
• Strong backend in Python with API/data pipeline design.
• Hands-on with AI/ML workflows, RAG, and evaluation.
• Experience shipping scalable cloud infrastructure and observability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical vision and multi-year strategy.
• Write, review, and deploy production code.
• Define AI strategy including agentic architecture and governance.
• Lead engineering hiring, interviews, and culture.
• Shape the technical narrative for investors and partners.
• Protect defensibility and decide what to build vs buy.
