Breega seeks a Senior freelance or independent consultant to serve as Chief Product & Technology Officer, leading end-to-end technical execution and building an AI-native internal infrastructure from scratch for a leading European VC firm.

You will architect a robust data lake on Google Cloud, implement vectorization and RAG pipelines, and deploy cross-team AI agents while ensuring governance, security, and adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years as senior freelance/independent consultant.
• Proven track record in change management with non-technical teams.
• Experience in investment funds, banking, or fintech is a strong advantage.
• References on live AI/data projects preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to make complex concepts accessible.

Responsabilités

• Lead data lake architecture and ETL/ELT pipelines on GCP.
• Design vectorization and RAG architecture; select embedding models.
• Build cross-functional AI agents for deal flow, portfolio monitoring, and LP relations.
• Drive change management, onboarding, and adoption across teams.
