Job summary

ML4Good is seeking a co-director to help lead our AI safety bootcamp initiatives in Paris. You will focus on what we teach, how we teach it, and which programmes we run, while recruiting and guiding teachers and developing curricula.

You will also shape strategy, oversee new bootcamps, and help manage partnerships and alumni engagement. The role combines teaching with programme leadership in a hybrid Paris-based setting.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a strong understanding of AI safety and the associated risk landscape.
• Good judgement and ability to identify talent are essential.
• Experience in governance, strategy, or teaching in AI safety is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead on teaching teams by recruiting, training and managing head teachers and curriculum developers.
• Design and oversee curriculum development for current and new bootcamps.
• Design and oversee new programmes such as founder bootcamps and governance-focused tracks.
• Shape organisational strategy and decide where ML4Good should focus.
• Attend and teach at bootcamps and events; support operations as needed.
