About the companythe company solves organisations' biggest data storage challenges: growth, security, performance, and cost. Its patented MultiScale Architecture enables limitless, independent scalability in all critical dimensions to meet the unpredictable demands of modern workloads. Teams across the company, not only engineers, now build their own AI tools: skills, agents, connectors, websites. We want that to be fast, safe and shared, so nobody solves the same problem twice. You will run the program that makes it happen. That means the AI Academy, which teaches people to build with AI on their own work, and the standards that keep what they build safe and reusable.
No coding is needed to apply. You will learn to build with AI here, and fast.
The process has four steps: your application, a 30-minute call, a two-hour exercise with Claude, a video interview with the CTO, and a final interview with 2 people at our Paris office.
