Job summary

ML4Good Ltd. is seeking a Head of Teaching and Curriculum to own the curriculum and teaching quality across multiple AI safety bootcamps. You will ensure strong teaching teams, up-to-date curricula, and engaging programmes that align with our mission to scale safety education.

The role combines curriculum leadership, teaching oversight, and strategic planning with a hands-on approach to growing a small, collaborative team in Paris.

Qualifications

• Strong high-level understanding of AI safety.
• Solid understanding of machine learning and technical AI safety.
• Experience in AI safety.
• Good judgement and ability to make reasoned decisions.

Responsibilities

• Teaching teams: recruit, train, and progress teachers to head teachers.
• Curriculum: keep curricula up to date and lead development for new programmes.
• Teaching: head-teach 2–4 bootcamps per season and support new head teachers.
• Strategy: contribute to decisions on what to teach and which bootcamps to run.
• General support: assist with funding applications, logistics, and operations tasks.
