Job summary

ML4Good is seeking educators with a grounding in technical AI safety or governance to teach at bootcamps in 2027. Join a small teaching team led by an experienced headteacher to deliver sessions, support participants, and guide discussions across technical and governance topics.

Responsibilities include lead instruction, run workshops, mentor learners, and contribute to curriculum updates and programme improvements for future bootcamps. Opportunities exist to progress to headteacher roles.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating and teaching ideas clearly.
• Organised and proactive.
• Familiar with the AI safety field.
• Concerned and motivated by AI risk and safety.
• Bonus: experience designing workshops or exercises that build strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional sessions for participants who are new to AI safety.
• Facilitate dynamic workshops and interactive sessions.
• Provide one-on-one feedback and mentor participants.
• Develop and update curriculum with head teachers.
• Help assess curriculum effectiveness through feedback and outcomes to refine the programme.
