United States Digital Space LLC in Paris is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to align researchers, hardware engineers, software engineers and leadership across two continents, turning ambitious bets into shipped results.

You will drive end-to-end programs at the frontier of AI and robotics, create lean roadmaps with clear owners, and build dashboards that keep execution focused on what matters. The role requires strong communication and ownership.

Qualifications

4+ years leading complex technical programs end-to-end in fast-moving environments.
Ability to discuss with ML researchers and hardware engineers about training runs and integration tests.
Proven track record learning new technical domains quickly.
Clear, direct communication that aligns researchers, engineers, and leadership.
Bias for action and ownership of outcomes.

Responsabilités

Drive cross-functional programs from foundation model training to hardware-software integration.
Turn ambitious goals into lean roadmaps with clear deliverables and owners.
Dive into robotics hardware, software, and AI to surface trade-offs and risks.
Keep teams across the Bay Area and Paris aligned and dependencies unblocked.
