Konekt is seeking a skilled Support Engineer to join our cloud communications team. You will handle voice, video, messaging and collaboration issues across Teams, Zoom, and telephony platforms, building strong relationships with customers and driving incidents to resolution.

The role focuses on cloud communications with hybrid/remote work options across Europe. Strong troubleshooting, networking knowledge, and a passion for learning new technologies are valued in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Support Engineer/Technical Support role.
• Experience troubleshooting complex customer-facing technical issues.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom or similar cloud communication platforms.
• Experience with Oracle and AudioCodes SBCs is a plus.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, SIP, VoIP, QoS).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Curiosity and ability to learn new technologies.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across voice, video, messaging and collaboration platforms.
• Build trusted customer relationships and provide clear updates throughout support.
• Manage escalations and major incidents with collaborative resolution.
• Support integrated environments across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, telephony and cloud services.
• Create documentation and knowledge articles for customers and colleagues.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes and service quality.
