IKATAN in France is seeking a Microsoft Teams Voice/UCaaS Expert to join our rapidly growing team. You will design and deploy Direct Routing or Operator Connect solutions, translating business needs into scalable telephony architectures.

You will configure SBCs (AudioCodes, Ribbon, Oracle), manage directory integration and security policies, and guide clients on licensing. A MS-700 or MS-720 certification is a major asset.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in telecommunications or systems engineering.
• Solid experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Voice collaboration tools.
• Microsoft certification (MS-700 or MS-720) is a major asset for this position.

Responsabilités

• UCaaS Architecture Design: Designing Cloud-Based Telephony Architectures Using Microsoft Teams Phone.
• Technical Implementation: Configure and deploy Direct Routing (SBC management) and Operator Connect solutions.
• Integration & Security: Manage integration with corporate directories and Microsoft 365 security policies (Conditional Access, Intune).
• Migration & Deployment: Manage the migration of users from legacy solutions to the Teams Voice environment.
• Expertise & Consulting: Assisting clients with Microsoft licensing models and monitoring technological developments in UCaaS.
