FactSet is seeking a Client Solutions Associate in Paris to build relationships with finance professionals, promote product adoption, and deliver tailored solutions. You will lead trainings, develop client workflows, and ensure smooth onboarding while expanding knowledge of financial markets.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in French and English, with strong communication and a passion for FinTech. A 5-month foundational training program provides in-depth understanding of FactSet’s business and

Qualificações

Fluency in both French and English (must have).
Experience in client-facing roles or support is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

Build deep client relationships by understanding workflows and needs.
Develop client-focused processes and solutions to promote product adoption.
Provide training and onboarding to clients on FactSet products.
Create custom FactSet models, screens, and automated workflows for clients.
Act as a client advocate to Product Development and ensure high client satisfaction.
