Job summary

Orchestrade in Paris seeks a Client Solutions Engineer to join the engineering-facing Client Solutions team. You will implement, configure and troubleshoot a sophisticated Portfolio Management System, collaborating with software engineers, product teams and client technical staff.

This position offers exposure to enterprise software, APIs, databases, distributed systems and debugging, with a focus on production deployment, issue resolution and continuous improvement in a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in CS/SE/IS.
• Proficiency in at least one OO language (C#, Java, Python).
• Basic SQL and relational databases knowledge.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
• Interest in enterprise software and fintech.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues across the application stack.
• Debug using logs, SQL, APIs and dev tools.
• Configure and customize the Orchestrade platform for client needs.
• Validate new features and assist in testing.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, implement fixes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, PM and QA teams.
• Support integrations with third-party apps and market infrastructure.
• Contribute to performance improvements and best practices.
• Document investigations and solutions.
• Interact with client tech teams during implementations and support.
