FactSet seeks a Client Solutions Associate to build deep client relationships and promote product adoption across financial professionals. You will learn FactSet systems and finance workflows to deliver tailored client solutions.

After training, you will support applications, create custom models and automate processes, and plan trainings in client offices and at seminars. Fluency in French and English, strong communication, and a client-facing mindset are essential for success at FactSet.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• Experience or desire to be client facing in a support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in learning and using new technology.
• Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Currently enrolled in an M2 program or M2 graduates.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships and promote product usage.
• Provide support for FactSet applications and create models, screens, and automated processes.
• Plan and lead product trainings in client offices and at seminars.
