Job summary

Qantev, based in Paris, seeks a client-facing Solution Architect to own the demo experience and the technical design of our AI-driven claims platform for prospects and clients.

You will bridge the Sales, Product, Data Science and Engineering teams, delivering tailored demonstrations, maintaining demo environments, and driving POCs and security reviews to win business.

The role requires strong storytelling, deep tech background in cloud architecture and a passion for insurance tech.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in solution architecture, pre-sales, ideally in SaaS, AI/data, insurance or healthcare.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demo Ownership: design, build and deliver tailored demonstrations of Qantev's AI-driven claims platform.
• Demo Environments: maintain demo environments, scripts and datasets aligned with product releases.
• Proofs of Concept: plan and run POCs with data and define success criteria.
• RFP/RFI & Security Reviews: handle technical sections and security/compliance questionnaires.
• Trusted Advisor: act as technical contact for clients through the sales cycle.
• Assets & Enablement: create reusable assets and train Sales on demos.
• Feedback Loop: communicate client/market feedback to Product and Engineering.
