Qantev is seeking a client-facing Solution Architect to own the demo experience and technical design of AI-driven claims solutions. The role is based in Paris, working with Sales, Product, Data Science and Engineering to tailor demonstrations for insurers.

You will build and maintain demo scripts, run POCs, and address architecture, hosting and data privacy questions during RFP/RFI processes. This is a client-facing, technically hands-on role in a fast-growing company.

Formación

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in solution architecture, solutions engineering or pre-sales, SaaS/AI/insurance or healthcare.
• Proven track record with engaging demos for C-level and technical audiences.
• Strong written and spoken English; French/Spanish/Portuguese or other languages a plus.
• Hands-on with cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and API integration.

We are seeking a client-facing Solution Architect to own our demo experience and the technical design of our solutions for prospects and clients. The role is based in Paris.

Tasks

The Team

You will join our Tech team, and as our Solution Architect, you will be the technical bridge between our clients, the Sales team and our Product, Data Science and Engineering teams, and the go-to expert on how Qantev's platform fits into each insurer's environment.

About the role

• Demo Ownership: Design, build and deliver compelling, tailored demonstrations of Qantev's AI-driven claims platform, from first-meeting demos to in-depth deep dives with insurers' business, medical and IT teams.
• Demo Environments: Own and maintain our demo environments, scripts and datasets, making sure they are reliable, aligned with the latest product releases and adaptable to each client's market and use cases.
• Proofs of Concept: Scope, plan and run POCs and pilots on client data together with our Data Science and Engineering teams, define success criteria and present the results to client decision-makers.
• RFP/RFI & Security Reviews: Own the technical sections of RFPs/RFIs, as well as IT, security and compliance questionnaires (architecture, hosting, GDPR and local data regulations).
• Trusted Advisor: Act as the technical point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle, build strong relationships with their IT and business leaders, and ensure a smooth handover to the delivery team.
• Assets & Enablement: Create and maintain reusable assets (demo scripts, architecture diagrams, technical documentation, recorded demos) and train the Sales team to deliver first-level demos.
• Feedback Loop: Bring client and market feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to inform feature enhancements and roadmap planning.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in a solution architect, solutions engineer, pre-sales , ideally in SaaS, AI/data, insurance or healthcare.
• Education: Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. .
• Languages: Fluent English is required. French, Spanish, Portuguese or an Asian language are a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering engaging, high-impact demos to both C-level and technical audiences, with strong storytelling skills.
• Solid technical background: software and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure or GCP), APIs and integration patterns, data pipelines, security; hands‑on with SQL and/or Python to prepare demo data.
• Good understanding of AI, Machine Learning and Generative AI concepts. Knowledge of health insurance or claims processes is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make complex technical topics simple and convincing, both orally and in writing.
• Client-first mindset: you enjoy being in front of clients, listening to their challenges and shaping tailored solutions.
• Autonomous and structured, able to manage several opportunities in parallel in a fast-paced scale‑up environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally (Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Latin America) as required.
