360 Talent is seeking a Client Advisor for Paris central to join a luxury beauty and fragrance house. You will deliver personalised experiences and guide clients through premium products, maintaining the brand's heritage and delivering world-class service.

With a minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, you will meet sales targets, build lasting client relationships via CRM/clienteling, and thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment while speaking English and French.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail, premium beauty, fragrance or cosmetics.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and commercial KPIs.
• Strong communication, storytelling and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Experience with CRM and clienteling, building long-term relationships with a discerning clientele.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are highly valued.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
