Job summary

Luxury House is seeking a Client Advisor in Paris, Central Area, to deliver an exceptionally personalised shopping experience, cultivate VIP client relationships and drive store KPIs.

You will maintain expert knowledge of the collections, coordinate CRM-based clienteling, and collaborate with the team to uphold impeccable service standards on the sales floor.

Fluency in French and English is essential, and 4–5 years in luxury fashion is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in the luxury fashion industry.
• Proven experience with KPIs, CRM and client appointments, with a strong commercial and client-focused mindset.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the collections and products, while consistently striving to exceed individual and store KPIs.
• Deliver an exceptional and highly personalised client experience, with a strong focus on CRM, clienteling, client book development and after-sales service.
• Act as a true Brand Ambassador, cultivating long-term relationships with new clients and developing a strong portfolio of VIP clientele.
• Contribute to the smooth running of daily store operations, working closely with the team and management to maintain impeccable standards across the sales floor, stockroom and visual merchandising.
