Mynameis is seeking a Store Manager for its Cannes boutique to drive sales and lead the team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure an exceptional client experience through assisted selling, and manage CRM-driven clienteling initiatives. The role involves maintaining brand presentation and achieving KPIs in a premium environment.

The successful candidate has 8-10 years in luxury retail, proven store leadership, and fluency in French and English. International clientele experience is valued.

• 8-10 years of experience in retail, ideally premium or luxury fashion.
• Store Manager/Boutique Manager experience in premium or luxury environments.
• Proven clienteling, CRM and assisted selling capabilities.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
• Experience developing and leading a retail team.
• French native; English fluent.

Our client is a prestigious premium footwear brand, renowned for its distinctive style, quality and craftsmanship. For its boutique in Cannes, we are looking for a Store Manager to drive commercial performance and ensure an exceptional client experience. The role combines team leadership, sales and store operations, with a strong focus on assisted selling, clienteling and CRM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the daily operations and overall performance of the boutique.
• Drive sales and achieve commercial targets and KPIs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through assisted selling and personalized service.
• Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through effective clienteling and CRM.
• Lead, motivate and develop the store team.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and brand image.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for business development.
• Act as a key ambassador of the brand with local and international clientele.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 8-10 years of experience in retail, ideally within premium or luxury fashion/footwear.
• Previous experience as a Store Manager / Boutique Manager in a premium or luxury environment.
• Proven experience in assisted selling, clienteling and CRM.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and managing store KPIs.
• Previous experience managing and developing a retail team.
• French: Mother Tongue | English: Fluent
• Experience with an international clientele is highly appreciated.

WHAT WE OFFER

• €40,000-€50,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience.
• 10% annual MBO based on performance.
