Pony is expanding in Paris and seeks a City Relation & Success Manager to own a portfolio of 7–10 cities and serve as the main contact for elected officials and city staff.

You will renew contracts and licenses, identify expansion opportunities, drive local partnerships with associations, businesses and media, and work with Marketing to ensure high‑quality service that residents perceive as improving local life.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a top business school or Sciences Po.
• 1+ year experience in a similar field; interest in politics or urban mobility is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as pony’s main point of contact for elected officials and city staff.
• Build trusted relationships with public-sector contacts and understand their challenges.
• Propose local mobility projects and coordinate with officials for smooth execution.
• Develop partnerships with local associations, businesses, and media.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and relay on-the-ground feedback to improve.
• Maximise city potential with commercial action plans and track performance.
• Support pony sales during tenders.
