Wheely in Paris is seeking an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day health of the market, focusing on chauffeur supply, retention, and quality. You will report to the General Manager, France, and help evolve the local operating model as we scale beyond Paris.

Join a high-ownership, fast-moving team where your actions move metrics and you’ll build the local ops function, shape processes, and collaborate with product to improve tooling and expansion readiness across new areas.

Qualifications

• Analytically strong, entrepreneurial operators with ownership mindset.
• 1–3+ years building, growing, or scaling in unstructured environments.
• Backgrounds include scaling operations in tech, consulting, investment, or VC/PE; early founding experience welcome.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day operational execution: chauffeur supply growth and retention.
• Evolve the local operating model, turning global strategy into effective execution on the ground.
• Use data to spot risks and opportunities, and design initiatives with measurable impact.
• Lead and grow Wheely Paris's operations team, building high-performance culture.
• Partner with product teams to shape feature development and improve tooling.
• Support readiness as the market expands into new areas, launching business from scratch.
• Act as a senior contact for chauffeurs and external stakeholders, upholding Wheely's standards.
• Ensure compliance with French regulations and VTC licensing requirements.
