Pony is seeking a City Relation & Success Manager to join the Expansion Team in Paris, working with Guillem, Head of Expansion, and two peers. You will own a portfolio of 7 to 10 cities and act as the primary contact for elected officials, city staff, and the local ecosystem.

Your objective is to renew contracts, expand Pony's footprint, and ensure residents experience a high quality service, with strong stakeholder engagement and travel to cities as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong relationship-building with public-sector stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience engaging with elected officials or city staff is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as Pony's main contact for elected officials and city staff.
• Lead local projects proposed by Pony and coordinate with officials and local partners.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery by aligning with Pony standards and city expectations.
• Maximise city potential by driving a commercial action plan and tracking city portfolio performance.
• Support the pony sales team when tenders are published.
