Dott is seeking an Operations leader in a hybrid role to own city KPIs, balance growth with profitability, and drive strategic fleet decisions. You will manage teams, liaise with local stakeholders, and ensure high performance in a dynamic micromobility environment.

You will lead by example, mentor staff, and analyze data to improve operations; fluency in English and French is required. Hybrid office/remote work arranged in Europe.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience: minimum of 1 year managing 10+ employees as a non hour contract manager Cadre within micromobility.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, decisions, and accountability.
• Strong communication and organizational skills ensuring clarity and timely execution.
• Proactive and positive attitude fostering a constructive team atmosphere.
• Lead by example, cultivating an inclusive and respectful work environment.
• Analytical and business-oriented thinking; data-driven with ability to translate insights into action.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Own the operational KPIs for your city, e.g., fleet availability, rides per available vehicle, and active users; monitor daily, weekly, and monthly trends.
• Ensure that fleet repairs get back on the streets quickly to generate revenues.
• Take full ownership of your region P&L and balance growth with profitability.
• Position fleet strategically through innovative projects and analysis.
• Represent the company at local and regional events and communicate with stakeholders.
• Hire and develop the best to build a team that will shape the future of our company.
• Spend time on the ground to understand day-to-day issues your team faces and keep morale high.
