Wheely in Paris seeks an Operations Manager to own day-to-day market health, lead chauffeur supply growth, retention, and quality across our premium service. You’ll shape the local operating model as we scale beyond Paris.

This entrepreneurial, high-ownership role reports to the General Manager, France, and requires fluency in French and English, with a track record of building teams in fast-moving environments. Office-based, Paris.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day operational execution for Paris market supply and quality.
• Scale local operating model and translate global standards locally.
• Use data to identify risks and design initiatives with measurable impact.
• Build and lead Wheely Paris operations team and processes.
• Partner with product to shape tooling and features.
• Support expansion into new areas and launch operations from scratch.
• Serve as senior point of contact for chauffeurs and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with French regulations and VTC licensing.
