Dott is seeking an Operations Lead to own city-level KPIs and fleet performance, ensuring vehicles are repaired quickly and revenues are maximized. You will manage regional P&L, balance growth with profitability, and represent the company at events with local stakeholders.

You will lead a team on the ground, conduct monthly performance reviews, and drive improvements through data-driven decisions while fostering an inclusive and high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing teams (10+ people) or Cadre-level ownership.
• Strong communication, organizational and people management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actions.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Own operational KPIs for your city, including fleet availability and rides per vehicle.
• Ensure fleet repairs are expedited to maximize revenues.
• Take full ownership of regional P&L and balance growth with profitability.
• Represent the company at local/regional events and liaise with stakeholders.
• Lead a team on the ground, organize reviews, and drive performance.
