Job summary

Acolad is seeking a Growth Operations professional to bridge strategy and execution across six European markets. You will manage outbound campaigns, data quality, and tool integrations in a dynamic AI‑driven environment, working closely with Heads of Sales and the Marketing team.

Responsibilities include content and campaigns, data sourcing, and end-to-end tools management, plus rigorous reporting and playbook creation to support continued growth.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years in Sales Operations, Growth, Marketing Operations, or a similar field.
• Strong data and tooling skills; eager to learn new SaaS platforms, APIs, and data exports.
• AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) are already part of your daily workflow.
• Advanced Excel; SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluent French and English; another European language is appreciated.
• Autonomous, organized, and process‑oriented with a drive for documentation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Content & Campaigns: write and adapt emails by ICP, persona, and language based on approved messaging angles.
• Data: ensure email database quality, validation, deduplication, standardization and enrichment; source target accounts; maintain CRM data quality.
• Tools Management – End-to-End Ownership: administer Lemlist, manage deliverability, define sending volumes, and maintain integrations (Lemlist API, SimilarWeb, Tableau, Salesforce).
• Coordination & Reporting: gather requirements from Heads of Sales; produce campaign performance reviews and weekly pipeline reporting; document processes and create playbooks.
