Job summary

Socomec in France is seeking a senior communications leader to oversee the operational implementation of the Group's corporate communications strategy. You will report to the Group Corporate Communications Director and drive alignment across channels.

You will manage the three division heads, coordinate editorial, creative, and digital expertise, and ensure the consistency, quality, and impact of corporate initiatives across internal and external channels.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of proven experience in corporate communications or editorial strategy.
• Experience in team management or leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in brand content and multichannel activations in a B2B environment.
• Fluency in English and French (B2/C1) is essential in an international context.

Responsibilities

• Translate the corporate strategy into content, campaigns, materials, and multichannel activations.
• Manage the contributing teams and coordinate editorial, creative, and digital expertise.
• Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and manage schedules to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration with internal departments and represent the Communications Department in various Group forums.
• Structure work processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems.
