Ensemble Partners, a rapidly growing European consultancy, is investing in Data & AI and is looking for a Chief Data Officer to lead it. Based in Paris, you will take ownership of a significant Data & AI business and define where it goes next, becoming one of the senior figures shaping the company’s growth across Europe.

You’ll have significant freedom over new propositions, senior hiring, major client relationships, large transformation programmes and the commercial growth of the practice.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data/AI initiatives at senior level.
• Proven ability to grow and shape a Data & AI capability across a European market.

A rapidly growing European consultancy is making a major investment into Data & AI and is looking for a Chief Data Officer to lead it.

The opportunity is simple:

Take ownership of a significant Data & AI business, define where it goes next and become one of the senior figures shaping the company’s growth across Europe.

The consultancy works with some of the largest organisations across energy, utilities and infrastructure, where AI, automation and data are becoming increasingly important to how these businesses operate.

You’ll have significant freedom over:

• New propositions and services
• Senior hiring
• Major client relationships
• Large transformation programmes
• Commercial growth of the practice

This could suit someone currently operating as a Chief Data Officer, Chief AI Officer, Data/AI Partner, Managing Director, VP Data or senior consulting leader who wants considerably more ownership.

Energy experience would be valuable, but it is not essential if you have built and grown Data or AI capabilities in another complex industry.
