Merittas is partnering with a global innovation and management consulting firm to lead its Data & AI practice in France. The role targets an MD/Partner-ready leader with a strong commercial track record to drive growth and client relationships.

You will work with senior colleagues across France, Europe, the USA and Asia, shaping propositions and capitalising on significant investment in Data & AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in data/AI consulting and business growth.
• Proven ability to originate, sell and grow consulting engagements.
• Strong client relationships with major organisations, CAC 40 preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to lead across international teams.

The Opportunity

We are working with a global innovation and management consulting firm making a significant multi-million-euro investment in its Data & AI capabilities.

As part of this expansion, the firm is looking for a senior, commercially minded individual to help lead, influence and grow its Data & AI business in France.

The opportunity could suit an established Partner or Managing Director, but equally a high-performing Director with a strong commercial track record who is ready to take the next step into Partner-level leadership.

You will work closely with senior colleagues across France, Europe, the USA and Asia, with the platform, investment and autonomy to develop new propositions, build client relationships and shape the future direction of the practice.

Who We Are Looking For

We are interested in speaking with senior professionals currently working within a management consultancy, technology consultancy, Big Four firm, leading global consulting organisation or specialist Data & AI boutique.

You could currently be a:

• Partner
• Managing Director
• Director with strong sales and business development capability

The critical requirement is the ability to combine Data & AI expertise with commercial leadership.

You should have:

• Strong experience across Data, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Advanced Analytics, Data Transformation or AI-enabled business transformation.
• A proven ability to originate, sell and grow consulting engagements.
• Senior relationships with major organisations, ideally including CAC 40 clients.
• The credibility to engage with C-suite and senior decision-makers around complex Data & AI transformation.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to help build and grow a significant consulting business.
• A collaborative leadership style and an interest in working across an international organisation.

Industry Background

There is no specific industry requirement.

Experience working across multiple industries would be particularly attractive, but the firm is equally open to individuals who have developed deep expertise and strong commercial relationships within a particular sector.

The emphasis is on commercial capability, client relationships and Data & AI expertise, rather than a specific industry background.
