Qualifications

• Strong culinary skills in a designated section and solid understanding of techniques.
• Professional kitchen experience in high-volume or fine-dining environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and proper kitchen sanitation.

Responsabilités

• Prepare ingredients, cook and plate dishes to standards.
• Maintain stock levels and monitor food quality and presentation.
• Coordinate with kitchen team and follow food safety procedures.
• Assist in menu development and daily specials as needed.
