ALPOHOLICS LTD in La Plagne, France, seeks motivated people with a love of mountains to join our chalet team. You’ll lay tables, clean rooms, greet guests, serve breakfast and dinner, and assist the Chalet Chef. Some cooking experience is helpful, but flexibility and customer care are key.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred and customer-facing skills are valued.
• Cooking experience is beneficial for potential chef replacement.
• Flexible and willing to handle varying daily tasks including deliveries and snow clearing.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals alongside the chef and maintain high kitchen/chalet cleanliness.
• Relate stocks to management and submit receipts promptly.
• Snow clearing and hot tub maintenance; ensure guests have a great stay.
