Job summary

Le Ski Ltd. in the French Alps seeks a hands-on Reserve role for the 26/27 season. This fixed-term contract combines cooking, housekeeping and guest interaction in an alpine setting.

You will welcome guests, deliver personalised service at meals, keep the chalet clean, and liaise with chalet managers and resort teams to ensure a memorable stay.

Experience in catering or hospitality and a proactive, fitness-minded attitude are preferred.

• Excellent time management and organisational ability.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• High attention to detail in both food preparation and cleaning.
• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create a relaxed chalet atmosphere during meals.
• Prepare and serve daily home-cooked meals.
• Clean the chalet daily and manage changeovers.
