• Excellent written and verbal communication with confidence presenting information to senior audiences.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage several priorities in parallel.

Responsabilités

• Support the CEO in preparing strategic analyses and decision materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through execution with clear objectives and timelines.
• Track priorities, deadlines, risks and dependencies, escalating issues when needed.
• Analyse business data and prepare dashboards, reports and executive updates.
• Prepare leadership meetings, structure agendas, document decisions and follow up on actions.
• Collaborate with teams to improve execution and information flow around priorities.
• Synthesize complex topics into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
