DiliTrust is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to drive strategic priorities and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives. You will work closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders, translating priorities into action, improving execution and ensuring follow‑up.

The ideal candidate has an engineering or technical background and is comfortable with data, complex topics, and multiple stakeholders. This role offers broad exposure to the company and direct input into strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in technology, consulting, engineering, operations, product or project management.
• Structured and analytical approach to breaking down topics and finding practical solutions.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, reliable, hands-on mindset with ownership.
• Ability to work with the CEO and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence presenting to senior audiences.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
• Interest in technology, SaaS and digital transformation.

Responsabilités

• Support the CEO in preparing strategic analyses, recommendations, and decision materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through execution with clear objectives and timelines.
• Track priorities, deadlines, risks, dependencies, and decisions; escalate when needed.
• Analyse business data and prepare dashboards and management reports.
• Prepare leadership meetings, structure agendas, document decisions, and follow up on actions.
• Work with teams across the company to improve execution and alignment with priorities.
• Translate complex topics into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
