Jobtailor is seeking a strategic right-hand to the CEO to bridge vision, strategy and execution. You will lead Leadership Team rituals, translate strategic plans into concrete objectives and track progress, while preparing reviews for the board and executive committee.

Qualifications

• Around ten years of experience in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable with both strategy and operations, able to switch between the two naturally.
• Experienced in bringing together multidisciplinary teams around complex projects.
• Able to synthesize information, prioritize and stay on course even when multiple topics accumulate.
• Direct, rigorous, and equally comfortable challenging ideas and being challenged.

Overview

• Strategic right-hand to the CEO — you will be the connecting thread between vision, strategy and execution
• Lead Leadership Team rituals: agendas, pre-reads, and follow-up on decisions and trade-offs
• Translate the strategic plan into concrete objectives (OKRs, roadmap) and track progress
• Prepare reviews for the board, investors and the executive committee (COMEX)
• Ensure decision discipline: who decides what, when and how
• Explore new innovation opportunities: offerings, new markets and new business models
• Lead market studies, benchmarks and competitive analyses
• Design and test proofs of concept (POCs) in real conditions, analyze feedback and iterate quickly
• Operationalize validated solutions with the Food, Revenue and Delivery teams
• Lead strategic projects that impact multiple functions
• Challenge department heads on their priorities and action plans
• Identify efficiency opportunities: automation, shared resources and process optimization
