The role

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO to help drive the company’s strategic priorities and coordinate key cross-functional initiatives.

This role is suited to an early-career, high-potential professional who is structured, analytical and hands-on. You will work closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders across the company, helping translate priorities into action, improving execution and ensuring that key topics receive the appropriate level of attention and follow-up.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering or technical background, or a strong affinity for technology, and will be comfortable working with data, complex business topics and multiple stakeholders.

This is an opportunity to gain broad exposure to the company while contributing directly to strategic decision-making and operational execution.

Missions

• Support the CEO in preparing strategic analyses, recommendations, presentations and decision-making materials.
• Coordinate important cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring clear objectives, ownership, timelines and next steps.
• Track company priorities, deadlines, risks, dependencies and key decisions, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Analyse business data and prepare dashboards, management reports and concise executive-level updates.
• Prepare leadership meetings, structure agendas, document decisions, follow up on actions and ensure accountability.
• Work closely with teams across the company to improve execution, information flow and alignment around strategic priorities.
• Help synthesize complex technical and business topics into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Your Profile

• The successful candidate will be a high-potential professional with approximately 2–5 years of experience in technology, consulting, engineering, operations, product or project management.
• A structured and analytical approach, with the ability to break down complex topics and identify practical solutions.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several priorities in parallel.
• A proactive, reliable and hands-on mindset, with a strong sense of ownership.
• The discretion and maturity required to work closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders.
• The ability to work independently while knowing when to seek input or escalation of an issue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting information to senior audiences.
• The ability to build effective working relationships with teams across the company.
• An interest in technology, SaaS and the way technology can transform business processes.

Technical knowledge

• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and business data analysis. Familiar with AI tools.
• Ability to build or maintain dashboards, management reports and performance tracking tools.
• Comfortable working with business metrics, KPIs and operational reporting.
• Experience coordinating projects, action plans, deadlines and cross-functional dependencies.
• Ability to prepare clear presentations and executive-level documentation.
• Comfortable understanding technical concepts and collaborating with technology, product or engineering teams.

Languages

• Fluent in French and English is required.
• German, Italian or Spanish would be a strong advantage.

Recruitment process

• Interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team — 30 to 45 minutes.
• Interview with the CEO — approximately 45 minutes.
• Case study or practical exercise related to the role.
• Final interview.
