• 2-5 years experience in technology, consulting, engineering, operations, product or project management.
• Structured and analytical approach to complex topics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences.

Responsabilités

• Support the CEO with strategic analyses, recommendations, materials for decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning to execution with clear ownership and timelines.
• Track priorities, deadlines, risks and key decisions; escalate where needed.
• Analyse business data and prepare dashboards and executive updates.
• Prepare leadership meeting materials, agendas and action follow-ups.
• Collaborate with teams across the company to improve execution and information flow.
