Jobgether is partnering with a new venture to recruit a CEO/Co-founder in France. You will own the strategic direction, lead a high-performance team, and drive expansion in international B2B real-money gaming.

You will shape the business model, partner ecosystem, and financial outcomes while delivering sustainable growth. You will work closely with investors and the Board, define priorities, and establish scalable processes across development, production, and distribution.

Competenze

• Senior leadership experience in B2B real-money gaming provider.
• Proven ability to build or scale a provider and revenue-generating operations.
• Established network of operators, aggregators, and platform partners.
• Previous P&L ownership and executive responsibility.
• Strong understanding of B2B iGaming ecosystem and monetization.
• Ability to translate data into portfolio strategies.
• Hands-on leadership with examples of removing bottlenecks.
• Experience recruiting and developing leadership teams.
• Strong negotiation, planning, finance, and business development skills.
• Ability to work with investors and the Board.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the overall business strategy with an evidence-based market thesis.
• Build and lead the operational structure of a new B2B real-money gaming provider.
• Identify market opportunities and evaluate operators and competition.
• Develop and manage the game production and release roadmap.
• Oversee the launch of initial game titles and monetization.
• Build and manage a commercial pipeline of operators and partners.
• Lead the commercial lifecycle from prospecting to revenue generation.
• Secure game visibility and promotional commitments from operators.
• Take ownership of P&L, financial planning, and unit economics.
• Report to Board and implement strategic decisions.
